Bedford, MA - Sep 4, 2024 – Kadak Chai, Boston's popular Bollywood Rock Band thrilled audiences with a mesmerizing performance at the highly anticipated India Day 2024 event hosted by the India Association of Greater Boston (IAGB). Celebrated on Aug 17, the event took place at the iconic Hatch Shell on the Esplanade in Boston and showcased the rich cultural heritage of India, with Kadak Chai providing the perfect blend of tradition and modernity through their unique sound.
Known for their innovative fusion of Bollywood music with global contemporary genres, Kadak Chai captivated the diverse crowd with a mix of soulful melodies, powerful rhythms, and high-energy performances. From rock melodies infused with modern beats to Spanish dance numbers it reflected and resonated with the official theme of the event “Naach, To the Rhythms of the World”.

In recognition of their significant contributions to the community through music, Kadak Chai was honored with the prestigious Community Enthusiast Award by IAGB’s President, Tanu Phoenix. The award, presented on stage during the event, celebrated the band’s dedication to promoting cultural unity and their impact on the local community.
